Improved Foot Mobility and Strength IS possible

On numerous occasions I’ve heard people blame their flat arches on their parents and say that they definitely need arch supports etc, to improve their comfort when walking, running, exercising

On some occasions this may be true but the ankle and all the other joints in the foot  can be helped to move better and once these joints work better we can strengthen to local muscles of the foot.

The benefits of this is mainly a better transfer of weight through the foot thereby lessening the need for compensation and sometimes pain further up the chain.
