What exercise will work best for ……

Every week in clinic I see people who regularly go to the gym or training with clubs or teams but are not quite getting the feeling that they are in great shape?

The effort and the desire is there but not the results.

Often times the root cause of this is they are unsure of what exercise or type they need to do to get to the next level.

A simple flow chart can help provide a plan. Some  movements, areas or joints will need stability while others will need mobility work.  Basically we need to decide whether you need duct tape or some WD40..

Now its pretty time consuming to test each joint and decide on a range of exercises but a functional movement

screen speeds things up by looking at specific movements and scoring them on quality of movement.

We use the Kinetisense KAMS assessment seen below to decide on what to do to get you to the next level whatever your goals are. Tracking changes over time allows us to always stay on top of your training and maintain peak fitness and development.
